Can I book the whole Bike Lodge?
Yes. The Bike Lodge can be booked as a whole, giving your group all three apartments, the shared terrace and bike facilities to yourselves. We prioritise whole-house stays where possible, with individual apartments released for selected dates.
Can I book an individual apartment?
Yes. Porta Reale, Porta Romana and Porta Testa are available to book individually on selected dates. Check availability for your preferred apartment to see what's currently available.
How many people can stay at the Bike Lodge?
The three apartments can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. Porta Reale and Porta Testa each sleep up to three guests, while Porta Romana sleeps two.
Do I need to be a cyclist to stay?
Not at all. While we have secure bike storage and facilities for riders, the Bike Lodge is for anyone looking for a comfortable base in Finalborgo - whether you're here for the beaches, walking, cycling, food, climbing or simply a few days in Liguria.
Where is the Bike Lodge?
The Bike Lodge is just outside the historic centre of Finalborgo, within easy reach of its restaurants, cafés and shops, and a short distance from the coast and surrounding hills.
Is there parking?
There is no private parking at the Bike Lodge, but both free and paid public parking options are available within walking distance of the property.
Is there somewhere secure to store bikes?
Yes. Guests have access to a secure bike room in the house's original cantina.
Can I bring my bike into the apartment?
To help us look after the apartments, bikes aren't permitted inside. We have a secure bike room in the original cantina, with dedicated bike storage and a bike wash area for guests.
Do the apartments have kitchens?
Each apartment has its own private kitchenette with a hob, fridge, cookware, crockery, cutlery, utensils, kettle and coffee machine - everything you need for breakfast or a simple meal.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes. All three apartments have air conditioning as well as heating.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included in every stay.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Yes. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, along with basic toiletries and end-of-stay cleaning.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 10am.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children are very welcome at the Bike Lodge. Porta Reale and Porta Testa can each accommodate up to three guests, making them a good option for families.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate pets at the Bike Lodge. If you're travelling with an assistance dog, please get in touch with us before booking.
