Booking Terms
Dear Guest,
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your booking. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
Bookings are made through our online booking system, provided by Lodgify.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer, using the payment options provided during the booking process.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full booking amount is payable at the time of booking.
Your booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and you have received your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
More than 30 days before arrival: the 50% deposit will be fully refunded.
Between 7 and 30 days before arrival: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Fewer than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, unless the accommodation can be successfully re-booked for the same dates.
The cancellation date is the date on which the cancellation is submitted through the booking platform or received by us in writing.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
If you expect to arrive outside the standard check-in hours, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Parking
The Bike Lodge does not have private parking. Free and paid public parking options are available within walking distance of the property.
Guests & Occupancy
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests included in the booking. Additional or unregistered overnight guests are not permitted without prior agreement.
Guests are responsible for providing the information and identification required for registration in accordance with Italian law.
Whole Lodge & Individual Apartment Bookings
The Bike Lodge may be booked as a whole or, on selected dates, as individual apartments.
Where individual apartments are booked separately, the terrace and bike facilities are shared with other guests.
Bike Storage
Secure indoor bike storage is available to all guests at no additional charge. Bicycles are not permitted inside the apartments and must be stored in the designated bike room.
Bicycles and personal belongings are stored at the guest's own risk. The property cannot be held responsible for theft, loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, equipment or other property during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Any missing or damaged items, or additional cleaning required as a result of misuse of the property, may be charged to the guest accordingly.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and all indoor areas of the property.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. If you are travelling with an assistance dog, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your requirements.
Respect for Other Guests
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum at all times, particularly during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control that may affect your stay, such as severe weather, utility interruptions or restrictions imposed by public authorities.
Where such circumstances prevent us from providing the booked accommodation, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
Applicable Law
These Booking Terms are governed by Italian law. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
